I'm Ilesha (pronounced E-Lay-Sha) and I have been called the story-whisperer by many. I have a gift for communication (+ a few degrees to go along with it) and there are few things that I love more than wrangling words into relatable, exhilarating, and transformational talks and trainings.

My experiences are diverse - from spending time as a homeless teen to attending college on a full academic scholarship to launching a business during post-surgery bedrest. This unique life journey gives me an uncommon ability to relate to all types of audiences and teams.
